Returns/Replacement

Here is Our Return/Replacement Policy, in the odd case that you don’t love your Swadeshi Blessings’ Products:

  1. No Free Returns – We do not offer free returns. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging as received. Customers are responsible for both forward and return shipping costs, which typically range between Rs. 500-700 per product. The product must reach us without breakage, and after inspection, we will initiate the refund process.
  2. Free Replacement for Damaged in Transit Products – We offer free replacements for items damaged during transit. However, to claim a replacement for earthen pots, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the box being opened for the first time. This must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once approved, we will process your replacement within 2 business days.
  3. No Free Exchanges – We do not offer free exchanges. If you'd like to exchange your product for another of the same value, you can do so, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which typically range between Rs. 250-350 per product. The product must reach us without breakage, and after inspection, we will initiate the Exchange process.
  4. We cannot accept returns on orders that have been used/opened due to hygiene reasons.
  5. It should be noted that not all products are eligible for returns especially categories like Earthen pots and other fragile products (Replacements are made in the event of transit damage provided it is supported by a few seconds unboxing video proof). In order to keep our prices fair, as well as maintain fairness to our local artisans and craftsmen, many items are “Final Sale.” Kindly pay due diligence before making the purchase.
  6. To complete your Return/Replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, your full name and order number that can be communicated to us via email or through social media channels.
  7. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
  8. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be refunded. Any shipping fees associated with the return or order will not be reimbursed.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment. Post Approval it takes 5-7 business days to get credited into the accounts depending from Bank to Bank.

Missing Order: If you feel like any component is missing from your order, you must contact us within 48 hours from the date of delivery. A Replacement or refund cannot be processed with orders exceeding this time frame.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
